Pre-Roll Packaging
Pre-rolls get thrown in delivery bags, left in hot cars and passed around. The box has to stop them snapping, keep them from drying out, and pass a state inspection for child resistance. Our pre-roll packaging is multipack boxes with fitted inserts, printed to your artwork, from 2,000 units per SKU.

Child-resistant pre-roll packaging
If you sell into a licensed market, the box has to pass CPSC 16 CFR 1700.20 testing. Our certified push-pull and side-squeeze cartons come with the test documentation, so your compliance file is ready before anyone asks for it. More on child-resistant packaging.
Keeping them fresh
Nobody wants a dry pre-roll. A snug insert and a humidity pack keep the moisture in through distribution. Tell us the count and we'll size the insert so the rolls don't move.
Printing and finishes

What's the minimum order?
2,000 units per SKU. We quote a couple of quantity breaks too, so you can see where the price drops.
Are the boxes child-resistant?
The certified ones are, and they come with the CPSC test report. Standard tuck-end cartons aren't, so only use those where your state allows it.
How long does production take?
20 business days after proof approval. Custom die lines add a proof step at the start.
Do you sell pre-roll tubes?
No. We make the multipack boxes and inserts. If you're selling singles, a box of 2 is the smallest format we do.
