What custom food boxes are made of
Every box here is folding carton: a single sheet of food-grade board, printed, die cut, glued and shipped flat. Kraft is unbleached, hides grease and takes a one-colour print well. White board (SBS) is bleached, takes full colour and photographs better on a delivery app. Both get a PFAS-free grease barrier where food touches them, and both ship with the factory food-contact file, FDA 21 CFR 176.
Custom printed food boxes that survive delivery
A delivery order sits in a bag in a car for twenty minutes. The things that matter are a barrier that does not go translucent, a lid that locks, and vents so steam does not turn fries soft. We build those in by default. Custom to go containers with a tamper tab are available on the burger and lunch box dies.

Custom takeout boxes FAQ
What is the minimum for custom takeout boxes?
5,000 per size. Boxes ship flat and a pallet holds a lot of them, so one size at 5,000 is a small stack in the back room.
Are the boxes grease resistant?
Yes, with a PFAS-free barrier on the inside. Burger boxes, fry cups and food trays get it as standard. Kraft lunch boxes and pails get it on request.
Kraft or white?
Kraft board with a one-colour print is the cheapest and hides grease marks. White board takes full colour and looks cleaner for sushi, salad and bakery. Both are food-grade with the FDA 21 CFR 176 file.
Can you do pizza boxes?
Yes, in E-flute corrugated, 10 to 16 inch, one or two colour flexo. They are the bulkiest thing we ship, so the minimum is 10,000 per size and we tell you honestly on the quote whether sea freight beats a US converter for your volume.
Do you make plastic clamshells or foam containers?
No. Foam is banned in a growing list of states and plastic clamshells are made near you cheaper than we can ship them. Everything here is printed paper board.
How long does it take?
6 to 8 weeks door to door by sea, air freight quoted on request. Reorders are faster because the die and the plates already exist.
