Until the customer opens it, the bag is the product. We print custom mylar bags with your artwork, cut them to your size, and certify them child-resistant where your state requires it. Stock sizes run from 3.5g to a pound, and custom print starts at 5,000 units.

3.5 mylar bags to pound bags, printed or plain
Sizes go by product weight, not bag dimensions. A 3.5 bag holds an eighth with room to seal, and quarter, half, ounce and pound follow the same logic. Tell us what's going in and we'll match the bag.

What's in the film
Mylar is a brand name for polyester film. The bags that work are laminates: a polyester outer for print and strength, a metallised layer that blocks light and oxygen, and a food-grade polyethylene inner that heat seals. Thickness is measured in mil. Thinner film is cheaper and fine for flower that moves quickly; thicker film keeps edibles fresher for longer.

What's the minimum for custom printed bags?
5,000 per design. Plain stock bags start lower and go by the case. We'll quote both.
Are the bags child-resistant?
The certified CR zipper versions are, with the CPSC test report to show for it. Standard zipper bags aren't.
What sizes do you make?
3.5g, 7g, 14g, 28g and 1lb in stock, custom sizes on request.
How long does it take?
20 business days for printed bags, 14 for die cut, after proof approval.
