Two layers of board with an air gap, so no sleeve is needed. Ripple adds an embossed outer layer for grip. The premium feel for a specialty coffee counter.

Custom printed coffee cups that look right
Paper takes print better than plastic. Full-colour offset handles photographs, gradients and fine type, and a matte varnish keeps the cup from looking shiny in daylight. White board gives accurate colour. Kraft board gives the natural look and knocks the colours back, which suits some brands and not others. We proof on the real board so you see it before the run.
Custom coffee cups with lids, to go
Custom to go coffee cups ship with the lid that fits them, 80 mm for 8 oz and 90 mm for 12 to 20 oz, in PS, PP or moulded fibre. Custom paper cups with logo and lids from the same order means the sip hole lines up with the print.
Custom espresso cups and paper ice cream cups
Custom espresso cups are 4 oz single wall with a matching lid. Custom paper ice cream cups run 4 to 16 oz with a dome or flat lid and a grease-resistant liner, printed full colour like the hot cups.
Custom coffee cups with logo, small runs
One pallet of 12 oz is 10,000 cups. A cafe doing 150 hot drinks a day goes through that in about ten weeks, which is why cups are the classic recurring order. We keep the plates and reorder is a one-line email.
Compostable and recyclable options
PLA-lined cups compost in an industrial facility, not a backyard. Water-based barrier cups recycle with ordinary paper. Neither claim is worth printing on the cup unless your city actually has the facility, so ask us and we will tell you what is true where you are.
Custom paper cups FAQ
Single wall or double wall?
Single wall with a sleeve is the cheapest per drink. Double wall is one piece, feels more premium and needs no sleeve. Ripple wall is double wall with an embossed outer for grip. Most cafes run single wall plus a printed sleeve.
What is the barrier?
The thin liner that stops the paper going soggy. PE is standard and cheapest. PLA is plant-based and industrially compostable. Water-based (aqueous) barrier is the newest option and makes the cup recyclable in ordinary paper streams.
What is the minimum?
10,000 per size. Sizes are quoted separately.
Can you match a Pantone colour?
Yes on offset. Send the code and we will print a colour drawdown on the actual cup board before the run.
Do you supply lids?
Yes. 80 mm for 8 oz, 90 mm for 12 to 20 oz, in PS, PP or moulded fibre. Order them with the cups.
Do you sell custom paper coffee cups wholesale?
Yes, that is the only way we sell them. Minimum one pallet per size, priced at two quantity breaks, and reorders from the same plates.
