What to put on a napkin
A logo in one colour in the corner is the classic and the cheapest. A repeating pattern edge to edge is the same price on a flexo press once the plate exists, and it turns a napkin into a piece of the room. Fine type below 8 pt fills in on tissue, so keep it bold.

Custom paper napkins with a one-colour logo are the entry point and most bars never need more. The second colour is usually a highlight or a second line of type.
Custom restaurant napkins that dispense
If the napkin lives in a dispenser, the fold matters more than the print. Send us the dispenser model or a photo and we will match the fold. Getting this wrong is the most common napkin mistake and it is entirely avoidable.

Which napkin size do I need?
Beverage napkins (5 x 5 in folded) for bars and coffee counters. Luncheon (6.5 x 6.5 in) for casual dining and takeout. Dinner (8 x 8 in or larger) for table service. Most restaurants run two of the three.
What is the minimum?
10,000 per size and design. That is a few cartons and goes quickly in a busy bar.
Can you print full colour?
One and two colour flexo is standard and looks sharp on white, kraft or black tissue. Full colour is available on request for larger runs.
Are the inks food safe?
Water-based, low-migration inks on virgin or recycled tissue, with the factory's food-contact declaration in the shipment.
Is there somewhere to get custom napkins near me?
Probably not with these minimums. We ship to your door anywhere in the US, and freight and duties are built into the quote.
Do you do cocktail napkins for events and weddings?
Our minimums are set for bars and restaurants, so we are the wrong supplier for a single wedding. For a venue that hosts events every week, yes.
