Common mailer box sizes
Stock sizes cover most products and cost less because there's no tooling. If your product doesn't fit one, we cut a custom size; that adds a die line and a proof step. Send us the product dimensions and we'll tell you which route makes sense.

- We send a die line and pricing at two or three quantities within two business days.
- Physical proof before production.
- Production takes 20 business days.
Mailers are the shipping side of what we make. Retail boxes, master box sets and drawer boxes, are on custom packaging boxes.

What's the minimum for custom mailer boxes?
5,000 units per size and artwork. Stock sizes with a one-colour print are the cheapest way in.
Can you print on the inside?
Yes. Inside print is the part customers photograph, and it costs less than most people expect.
How strong are they for shipping?
E-flute corrugated handles normal parcel shipping. For heavy or fragile products we'll suggest B-flute or an insert.
Do you make child-resistant mailers?
Mailers aren't usually the CR layer; the product inside is. If you need it, see child-resistant packaging.
