Which size do you actually need?
Order by the drink, not by the number on the cup. A 12 oz paper cup is a latte. A 16 oz is the default takeaway size in most US cafes. A 20 oz is a large iced drink or a smoothie. Boba runs on 500 ml and 700 ml PP cups, which is 16 and 24 oz, with a 95 mm rim so the film seals.
Custom cups with logo, one colour or full colour
A one-colour logo on kraft or white is the cheapest route and it looks intentional. Full colour costs more per cup and makes sense when the cup is the brand, the way it is for a boba or juice shop. We will quote both if you are not sure.
Custom cups with lids, custom straws and sleeves
Every cup ships with a lid that fits it, because a lid ordered from somewhere else is the most common reason a delivery goes wrong. Custom straws in 6 mm or 12 mm come wrapped or loose, printed in one colour. Sleeves are on their own page.
Custom espresso cups, ice cream cups and stadium cups
Three formats people ask for that do not fit neatly above. Custom espresso cups are 4 oz paper with a matching lid. Custom ice cream cups in paper run 4 to 16 oz with a dome or flat lid and a grease-resistant liner. Custom stadium cups are thick reusable PP, 22 or 32 oz, printed the same way as the disposable ones and built to be washed a hundred times.

Same cups, shorter horizon. If you need cups for a festival, a launch or a season, tell us the date and we will tell you honestly whether sea freight makes it. Air is possible and we quote it separately.

What is the minimum order for custom cups?
10,000 per size for both paper and plastic. That is one pallet of a single size, which is what makes the print run worth setting up. We quote a second, larger break so you can see where the unit price drops.
Paper or plastic?
Hot drinks go in paper. Iced drinks, smoothies and boba go in PP or PET. Most cafes run both, and we print them to match.
Can you print full colour?
Yes. Paper cups take full-colour offset. PP cups take up to six spot colours by dry offset, which covers most logos. PET cups print in one to four colours.
Do you supply lids, sleeves and straws to fit?
Yes, and it is worth ordering them together so the lid actually fits the rim. Sealing film for boba cups comes on rolls matched to 90 mm and 95 mm cups.
How long does it take?
6 to 8 weeks door to door by sea, air freight quoted on request. Reorders are quicker because the plates already exist.
Do you do bulk custom cups for a business with several locations?
Yes, and it is the order we like most. Custom logo cups run once, then each location orders its own quantity from the same plates. Custom cups for business are priced on the annual total, not the single shipment, and custom disposable cups with logo for a chain are the most common bulk custom cups order we get.
Are the cups food safe?
Every run ships with the factory's food-contact documentation, FDA 21 CFR 176 for paper and 21 CFR 177 for plastic, plus a low-migration ink declaration.
