Custom drink coasters that do the job
Most of what is sold online as a custom coaster is a printed card or a photo gift. A bar coaster has to soak up condensation and stay flat, and that means pulpboard, which is a thick, uncoated, absorbent board made for exactly this. Ink sits in the surface rather than on it, so the print has a soft, matte look that reads as a real coaster.

Custom printed coasters are priced per thousand and the price drops at 10,000 and 25,000. Custom bar coasters bulk orders for a brewery, a distributor or a chain are quoted on the annual total. Custom printed drink coasters and custom beverage coasters are the same item under different names, and we quote them the same way.

The second side is free once the plate exists. A featured cocktail, a QR code to the menu, a happy hour, an event. Bars that rotate coasters monthly get a second run at the same unit price with new art.

What thickness should I choose?
40 pt is the light coaster you see in chains and it is fine for a night. 60 pt is the standard pub coaster. 80 pt is heavy, absorbs a full spill and survives a weekend.
What is the minimum?
5,000 coasters, 500 bar mats.
Can you print both sides?
Yes. Two-sided is common: brand on one side, a cocktail, a QR code or an event on the other.
Are the coasters recyclable?
Pulpboard coasters are paper and recycle with paper once dry. Rubber bar mats are not, but they last years.
What are bar mats made of?
Moulded rubber or PVC with your logo printed or moulded in. The rail mat is 3.25 x 23.5 inches and sits along the bar edge. The service mat is 12 x 18 inches and goes under the well.
