- We return a die line and pricing at two or three quantity breaks within two business days.

Choosing a structure
Mailer if it ships direct to a customer. Rigid if the price point supports it. Drawer if the unboxing is part of the product. Corrugated if it is going by the case. Tell us where the box is going and we pick the structure with you.
Inserts and child resistance
Fitted inserts in paperboard, moulded pulp or foam, cut to the product. Certified child-resistant cartons with CPSC 16 CFR 1700.20 documentation for licensed markets.

What is the minimum for custom boxes?
[MOQ] units per structure and artwork. Digital print keeps short runs viable; tooling costs apply to custom die lines and we quote them separately.
Can you make the insert as well?
Yes. Inserts are cut to the product dimensions in paperboard, moulded pulp or foam and quoted with the box.
Do you make child-resistant boxes?
Yes. Certified CR cartons ship with CPSC 16 CFR 1700.20 test documentation.
How long does a run take?
[LEAD] business days after proof approval. Custom die lines add a proof step at the start.
