A box has two jobs: get the product there in one piece, and be the first thing the customer touches. We make custom packaging boxes printed to your artwork in two retail structures, master box sets and drawer boxes, from 5,000 units. Shipping mailers are on their own page. Cannabis brands are most of our customers, but the boxes work for anything.

A rigid outer box with matching inner boxes, so a multi-SKU line or a gift set arrives as one piece. Greyboard wrapped in printed paper, magnetic or lift-off lid, soft-touch, foil and embossing available.

How a box run works
- Send product dimensions and artwork, or a brief.
- We send a die line and pricing at two or three quantities within two business days.
- Physical proof before production.
- Production takes 20 business days.
Picking a structure
Master box set if the unboxing is the product, or you're bundling several items. Drawer box if you want a reveal at a lower price point. Tell us where the box is going and we'll pick it with you.
Inserts and child resistance
Fitted inserts in paperboard, moulded pulp or foam, cut to the product. Certified CR cartons with CPSC 16 CFR 1700.20 documentation for licensed markets. See child-resistant packaging.

What's the minimum for custom boxes?
5,000 units per structure and artwork. Custom die lines have a tooling cost we quote separately.
Can you make the insert as well?
Yes. Cut to the product in paperboard, pulp or foam, and quoted with the box.
Do you make child-resistant boxes?
Yes. Certified CR cartons with the CPSC 16 CFR 1700.20 report.
Do you make shipping boxes too?
Yes. Printed corrugated mailers are on custom mailer boxes.
How long does a run take?
20 business days after proof approval. A custom die line adds a proof step at the start.
