What has to be on an edibles package
Every state with a licensed market wants at least: the universal cannabis symbol, total THC and THC per serving, number of servings, ingredients and allergens, a warning statement, and batch and licence numbers. Some also require the package to be opaque, or to carry a "not for children" mark. We leave room for all of it on the layout so nothing gets squeezed in at the end.
Single-serve versus multi-serve
Many states cap a package at 100mg total THC and require each 10mg serving to be separable or clearly marked. That's a packaging decision as much as a recipe decision, so tell us your serving format early.

Does edibles packaging have to be child-resistant?
Yes, in every licensed US market. The certified formats above come with CPSC 16 CFR 1700.20 documentation. See child-resistant packaging.
Is the packaging food-safe?
Yes. The inner layer of the bags is food-grade polyethylene, and cartons use food-safe board and inks.
What's the minimum?
5,000 units per SKU on stock formats. Custom prints start a bit higher; we quote both.
Can you do resealable single-serve packs?
Yes, small CR zipper pouches or peel-and-reseal labels, depending on the product.
