Sleeves versus double wall cups
A single wall cup plus a sleeve is usually cheaper per drink than a double wall cup, and it gives you two print surfaces instead of one. It also lets you change the message without reprinting cups: a holiday sleeve, a loyalty sleeve, a sleeve for a new location. Cafes that run one cup design for years still swap the sleeve every season.
Custom coffee sleeves with logo, wholesale or bulk
Custom coffee sleeves wholesale means one pallet or more, and custom coffee sleeves bulk orders are priced on the annual total. Custom sleeves for coffee cups you already buy elsewhere are fine, just send us the cup and we size to it. Plates are kept on file, so each location orders its own quantity of the same sleeve. Cartons of 5,000 fit under a counter.

What sizes do the sleeves fit?
Two sizes cover almost everything: small for 8 to 12 oz cups and large for 12 to 20 oz. Tell us the cup and we will match it, including cups you did not buy from us.
What is the minimum?
5,000. Sleeves are light and pack flat, so a carton of 5,000 is easy to store.
One colour or full colour?
One or two colours on natural kraft is the classic and the cheapest. Full colour on white board is available when you want the sleeve to carry a design, not just a logo.
Are they compostable?
The corrugated kraft board is, and the water-based inks are. We can print a compostable mark if your municipality accepts it.
Do they ship with the cups?
If you order both, yes, in the same container. Sleeves alone take 6 to 8 weeks by sea.
