What's in a CBD mylar bag
Mylar is a brand name for polyester film. Good bags are laminates: polyester on the outside for print and strength, a metallised barrier that blocks light and oxygen, and a food-grade polyethylene inner that heat seals. Thinner film is cheaper and fine for fast-moving flower; thicker film holds edibles and pre-ground for longer.
Sizing
Sizes go by product weight, not dimensions. A 3.5g bag holds an eighth with room to seal. Tell us the product and weight and we'll match the bag.
Hemp and CBD labelling
CBD crosses state lines, which means more than one state's labelling rules can apply to the same bag. We leave panel space at design stage rather than cramming it in later.

Are they child-resistant?
The certified CR zipper versions are, with test documentation. Standard zippers aren't.
What's the minimum for custom print?
5,000 per design. Plain stock bags start lower. We quote both.
Can I get a custom shape?
Yes, see die cut mylar bags. Any outline, same film and zipper.
What this costs
Mylar bags run $0.35 to $0.95 per unit at a minimum of 5,000 per design. Size, finish, colour count and a die cut shape decide which end of the range you sit at, and quantity moves you within it.
