A rectangle is what everyone else on the shelf has. Die cut mylar bags are cut to an outline you choose, a jar silhouette, a rounded pouch, a character, a bottle, with the same barrier film, zipper and heat seal as a standard bag. The shape does the branding before the print does.

What the die can and cannot do
Any closed outline works. Very thin points and deep inner corners weaken the seal edge, so we round those slightly and show you where on the proof. The zipper stays straight across the top opening regardless of the outline, which sets a minimum width at the mouth.

Resealable zipper across the mouth. Certified child-resistant zipper available with CPSC 16 CFR 1700.20 documentation.

Die cut versus standard
Die cutting adds a tooling cost and a proof step. It makes sense when the shape is part of the brand. If you only need a printed pouch, the standard rectangle in custom mylar bags is faster and cheaper. We will tell you which fits the volume.
