What Custom Packaging Actually Costs
Most suppliers make you fill in a form before they tell you anything. Here are real per-unit prices for the lines we run most, the minimum that goes with each one, and an honest account of what moves you up the range. Prices are ex-works, so freight and duty are quoted with your order rather than hidden in the unit price.

Disposable vapes
$2.75 to $3.95 per unit. Minimum 5,000 per SKU. Capacity, battery size, screen and finish decide where you land.

$1.00 to $1.95 per unit. Minimum 5,000 per SKU. Ceramic versus standard core, capacity and tip style move the price.
See vape packaging →Pre-roll boxes
$1.50 to $2.50 per unit. Minimum 2,000 per SKU. Count, board weight, insert type and child-resistant certification move the price.
See pre-roll boxes →Mylar bags
$0.35 to $0.95 per unit. Minimum 5,000 per design. Size, finish, colour count, die cut shape and a CR zipper move the price.

Two things, and they work in different directions.
Specification sets the band. A small three-side-seal mylar bag in one colour sits at the bottom of its range. The same bag at pound size, soft-touch matte, die cut to a shape, with a certified child-resistant zipper, sits at the top. That is not a markup, it is a different product with more material and more process steps.
Quantity moves you within the band. Once the specification is fixed, running more units brings the per-unit price down, because tooling, plate setup and press makeready are spread across a longer run. The jump from the minimum to double the minimum is usually the largest single saving you will see.
This is why we quote at two or three quantities rather than one. You get to see what the next tier actually saves before you commit to it, instead of finding out after the fact.
What the price does not include
The numbers above are ex-works. They cover the product, your printing and the compliance documentation. They do not cover freight or import duty.
We say this plainly because the alternative is worse. A landed price quoted before anyone knows your destination, your port and your timing is a guess, and a guess that turns out low is a bad surprise on your first invoice rather than an honest conversation at the quote.
Tell us where it is going and roughly when you need it, and freight comes back as a real number alongside the unit price. Sea freight is the default and is what our lead times assume. Air is available when the date matters more than the cost, and we will tell you what that trade actually looks like before you choose it.
What you get, and when
Two business days
Pricing at two or three quantities, the real minimum, and a production timeline you can plan against.
14 to 20 business days
Production from approved sample. Mylar bags run 14, vapes and boxes run 20. Freight is on top of this.
16 CFR 1700.20
Child-resistant certification where you need it, with the test report in the box rather than a claim in an email.
Lines we quote individually
Not everything we make has a useful published price, because the spread inside the category is wider than the category itself. A plain kraft mailer and a rigid magnetic-close gift box are both boxes, and quoting them as one range would tell you nothing.
For these, send the size and quantity and you will have a number in two business days:
Pre-roll tubes and full pre-roll packaging, concentrate jars and dab containers, edibles packaging, mailer and shipping boxes, child-resistant packaging, and the whole foodservice range including cups, napkins, coasters, bags and takeout boxes.
Know your quantity?
Send the item, the size and a rough quantity. Pricing at two or three quantities comes back within two business days, freight included as a real number.
