Fit is the whole job
Send us the cartridge dimensions, not the brand name. Tank diameter, overall length and mouthpiece profile decide the insert cut. A 0.5g and a 1.0g cart of the same brand often need different inserts. Standard 510-thread specs are covered at 510 vape cartridge packaging.
Child resistance and tamper evidence
Certified CR cartons with CPSC 16 CFR 1700.20 documentation, plus tamper-evident seals and shrink banding. Most licensed markets require both. For a structure nobody else has, see custom vape packaging.

Do you supply the cartridges as well as the packaging?
This page covers packaging only.
What do you need to quote an insert?
Tank diameter, total length and mouthpiece width in millimetres. A photo next to a ruler works.
What is the minimum?
[MOQ] units per SKU.
Can packaging be child-resistant without the cartridge being CR?
Yes, and it is the common approach. The carton carries the certification.
